Novel Study: The Giver: Memories Multimedia Project

After finishing the novelThe Giverby Lois Lowry, give students a chance to “transmit” a memory of their own with this creative extension project! Just as the Giver shared some of his favorite memories with Jonas, students will choose one memory from their own lives to "transmit" to others in as much detail possible. Students will first take notes about their chosen memory and then use page 2 to plan out their multimedia project that will "transmit" their memory using sensory details.
